  1. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Users of the website can submit complaints related to its use to the email address rodo@heavykinematic.com. We are obliged to process the complaint within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receiving the complaint.

If the submitted complaint contains deficiencies that prevent its consideration, we may request the user to supplement it, specifying a deadline not shorter than 7 (seven) days and the scope of this supplementation, with an instruction that failure to supplement the complaint within the specified period will result in leaving the complaint without consideration. After the ineffective expiration of the designated deadline, the complaint is left without consideration.

The response to the complaint is sent to the email address provided by the user in the complaint submission.

  1. CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS.

The regulations come into effect upon being published on the website.
